Custom Formulation

As epoxy formulators, ATL has the flexibility to satisfy specific requirements, and our team of industrial chemists is committed to develop easily processed, cost effective products, with safer chemical compounds and outstanding mechanical properties. Our strict environmental policy ensures that all systems are non-solvented for maximum effectiveness.

In the unlikely event an application is not covered by our extensive product range, we can custom formulate a system to meet our clients needs. We can offer a multitude of tailored solutions including novalac, cycloaliphatic, polyamide, aliphatic, anhydride and catalytic cured structures that find use in a wide range of industries. 

Structural Engineering

ATL's team of structural engineers, primarily AeroSpace,  have a thorough understanding of all aspects of composite technology. Our expertise extends to worldwide marine code compliance including CE/ISO, Lloyds Register, ABS, DNV, Germanischer Lloyd, BV and USL/AS4132 for racing yachts, catamarans, ferries, patrol craft and pleasure vessels.

Outside of the marine field ATL has experience in numerous industries with wide and varied projects. Where first principal analysis is not appropriate, we call on the latest finite element techniques to achieve a fully optimised structure. Projects have included buildings, bridges, sporting goods & automotive components.

Our emphasis is always on engineering to allow for practical fabrication solutions, and to optimise structures for weight, strength, stiffness and affordability.

CNC Routing Services

ATL Composites specialise in the routing of composite panel and core kits generated from electronic design files. Our state of the art CNC machinery and experienced operators ensure that every job is produced to the exacting standards demanded by today's market.

Every job is previewed on our CAD/CAM workstations and nested to reduce material wastage. Our stringent quality control systems ensure every job is made to your exact specifications. As a fabricator you will ensured of consistent part quality and higher production rates.
