Resin & Hardeners
R105 Resin is the base material of the WEST SYSTEM range of products. Formulated for use with WEST SYSTEM hardeners, it can be cured in a wide temperature range to form a high-strength solid with excellent moisture resistance. It is designed specifically to wet and bond with wood, fiberglass, reinforcing fabrics, metals and a variety of other materials. H205 Fast Hardener is used, in the majority of situations, at lower temperatures to produce a rapid cure that develops its physical properties quickly at room temperature H206 Slow Hardener is used when extended working and cure time is needed, or to provide adequate working time at higher temperatures. H207 Special Coating Hardener has been specifically developed for coating applications where an exceptionally clear, moisture resistant, natural wood finish is desired. An ultraviolet inhibiting additive improves resistance of a R105/H207 mixture to sunlight. H207 also works well in humid conditions. H209 Super Slow Hardener is formulated for general coating and bonding applications in extremely warm and/or humid conditions, or when extended working time is desired at room temperature. H209 Super Slow provides approximately twice the working time of H206 Slow.
