Core-bedding AdhesivesCBA is a specifically formulated high-strength polyester-based core bedding adhesive, designed to be used with contoured balsa or foam core materials, and is suitable for both hand lay-up and vacuum bagged core installation. Lightweight and non-sagging, CBA spreads easily and fills gaps and edges, and with a shrinkage of less that 1%, CBA significantly reduces the possibility of print-through.
Techniglue R35 is a pre-filled system formulated to cure at room temperature to form a tough core-bedding adhesive. Techniglue R35 has been formulated for laminating applications where tensile elongation and working time for vacuum bagging applications are of benefit. The high viscosity enables the mixture to be trowelled onto a vertical surface with minimal sagging. |
