Composite Panels

ATL Composites specialise in the development and manufacture of lightweight composite panels suitable for use in the marine, road and rail transportation, industrial, and architectural industries.   

ATL manufacture structural panels with PVC and SAN foam cores, rigid end grain balsa,  fibre-reinforced polyurethane foam or aramid honeycomb cores for structural applications such as the construction of yacht hulls and bulkheads, truck beds, train and bus floors, industrial holding tanks and long span roofing.

Non-structural panels, suitable for the construction of lightweight yacht interiors and architectural cladding, are also available and are cored with lightweight industrial foams and phenolic impregnated paper honeycomb.

Our structural engineers  can advise on which panel type, from our range, will offer the best option for specific applications, allowing for optimum weight, strength, stiffness and practical fabrication.

All of ATL Composites panels are manufactured in a controlled environment and under-go strict Quality Control inspections at all stages during the manufacturing process.
