R1084 cycloaliphatic castingTECHNIREZ™ R1084 is a low viscosity system formulated for the production of outdoor, medium to high voltage electrical castings. The low viscosity makes the process of adding fillers, and vacuuming the mixture, a simple operation. Curing is at elevated temperatures. Components manufactured with this system have high mechanical and dielectric properties. The resistance to UV radiation erosion can be significantly enhanced by the use of silanised silica flour.
